We offer a 30-day return policy for watches in unworn, original condition with all protective plastics and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or contact support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all documentation.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Use the prepaid, insured shipping label provided by our team to ensure the package is tracked and protected.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our horologists will inspect the piece. Approved returns are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
